Deborah Dalton, 51, was discovered after troopers with the Beckley detachment responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle with a body under it.

Police say Dalton had been shot, and her death was a homicide.

Officers said death appears to be drug-related.

MORGANTOWN HEIST - Detectives with the Morgantown Police Department are investigating an armed robbery at the High Life Lounge just before 12:30 a.m. Police said the robber was described as a white male who brandished a large knife.

The lounge has been hit before with hold-ups.
