THREE BRAXTON RESIDENTS CHARGED WITH METH VIOLATIONS |

![]() ![]() ![]() (L-R) Tyler, Benjamin, and Bennett Three Braxton County individuals have been arrested and charged with felony drug violations related to meth. State Police pulled over a car with the suspects after on of the individuals had stolen lottery ticket(s) from a store, discovering meth ingredients. Christopher Andrew Tyler, 26, has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab, possession of meth precursors and conspiracy. Tyler is in Central Regional Jail with bond at $135,000. Beatrice Carine Benjamin, 25, has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab and conspiracy. Benjamin is in Central Regional Jail with bond at 115,000. Dustin Lynn Bennett, 25, has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab, conspiracy, DUI 1st and petit larceny. Bennett is in Central Regional Jail with bond at $110,000.
