![]() Jason Levi White, 18, was charged by chief deputy Todd Cole of the Roane Sheriff's Department with conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug lab in late 2012. White was later involved in a car crash at Minnora where he and his girlfriend received burns from meth making ingredients, according to a criminal complaint.
