Bonnie G. Carver, 93 - Reedy

Bonnie G. Carver, 93, of Reedy WV, left the home of her daughter, at 1:25 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2013 and went on home to be with the Lord. She was born January 4, 1920 in Roane County, a daughter of the late Darius and Laura Harpold Gandee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer Carver; a son, Edward Carver; two brothers and nine sisters. Mrs. Carver was a Christian. Survivors include a daughter, Jean Evans, with whom she made her home; a son and daughter-in-laws, Bill and Marilyn Carver and Kay Carver; seven grandchildren, Wayne and Mitch Evans, David, Steve and Christine Carver, Dawn Dixon and Joel Brown; 12 great grandchildren, Diane Chiriac, Jason and Jarrod Evans, Denise Price, Clint and Jocelyn Evans, Adam, Joey and Colleen Carver, Ashley, Sabrina and Tina Marie Brown; three great great grandchildren, Tyson and Tidus Chiriac and Ethan Brown; a sister, Ruth Rose of Pittsgrove, NJ; a brother, Richard Gandee of Marion, OH. There will be a Christian memorial service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Dr. Wayne Evans officiating. Memorial donations are preferred.
