A fugitive who is wanted in Carson City, Nevada for a parole violation on a charge of second degree murder and
in Gorda, Florida on a charge of kidnapping has been arrested in Spencer, Roane County.
Ronny Lee Fain, 47, was arrested Wednesday by Federal marshals, WV state police and Spencer City police as
he was going to check his mail at the Spencer post office.
Fain was reported to have been
living in northern Roane
County for sometime and had a mail
box at the local post office.
He was taken to
Central Regional Jail without bond after an arraignment before Roane County Magistrate Denver Gandee. He will
appear in Circuit Court Monday, August 12.
