ROANE GRAND JURY INDICTS CALHOUN SUBJECTS

A Roane County grand jury has indicted Issac Paul Bell, 23, of Grantsville and Joshua Boswell, 21, of Ivydale (formerly of Calhoun) for burglary, assault and battery, and fleeing from an officer.

The alleged crime occurred at the home of David King II, while other charges are related to an incident on Steele Hollow Road near Spencer.

Issac Paul Bell was just indicted by a Calhoun grand jury, one count for operating or attempting to operate clandestine drug laboratories and one count of conspiracy.

Jeremy Allen Knicely, 21, of Kenna, formerly of Calhoun, was indicted for burglary, petit larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle, driving with license revoked DUI.

The charges against Knicely are related to the theft of a .22 rifle, an ATV from a relative's house at Speed.

Steven T. Mullins, 27, of Reedy was indicted for burglary, petit larceny, and six counts of obtaining a controlled substance by false pretenses.

The indictment is related to taking controlled substances from the Roane Co. Emergency Squad and taking hydrocodone from a neighbor's residence.

A Calhoun grand jury just indicted Mullins on two counts of obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery deception or subterfuge.

According to the indictment, Mullins allegedly and illegally obtained Fentanyl and Morphine, both controlled substances. According to court records, the thefts occurred from two ambulances belonging to the Calhoun County EMS Squad.
