ROANE MAN CHARGED WITH BURGLARY
A 30-year-old Roane County man has been arrested and charged by authorities for property crimes.Christopher Daniel Starcher has been charged with daytime burglary and petit larceny, felony charges, according to Central Regional Jail.
His bond has been set at $37,500.
