She was born April 13, 1962 in Parkersburg WV the Daughter of Joe and Ruth Ellison of Palestine WV.

She graduated from Parkersburg South in 1980 and attended WVUP for 2 years.

She was formerly employed at the Red Roof Inn and K-Mart of Parkersburg. She enjoyed family, genealogy, photography, crocheting, and making quilts. She was a member of the Elizabeth Church of Christ.

Toby is survived by her parents; 3 sons, Andrew (Ricole), Matthew (Meagan) and Daniel (Stephanie); 5 grandchildren, Kyle, Sydney, Rydder, Cyllie and Treyton Satow; 1 brother, Curtis L. Ellison of Palestine; 1 niece, Amanda (Andy) Wayne; 1 great nephew, Michael; and 1 great niece Emma Wayne; her companion of 8 years, Terry Rollins and the Rollins family and many friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clarence and Volga Gates of Palestine; and paternal grandparents Emory and Hazel Ellison.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday Sept 20, 2012 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV with the Rev. Eugene Conger and Rev. Lester Morgan officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday Sept 19, 2012 from 5 - 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of service. Interment will follow at Palestine Cemetery Thorn Addition.
