Born in Braxton County he was a son of the late George and Birdie McCumbers Goodrich.

He was a US Army Veteran of the Viet Nam War and was a pipeline construction worker.

Surviving are a sister, Ermal Webb of Spencer and a brother, Carmel Goodrich of Orma, WV.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Lenora Cottrell and Violet Murphy; and one brother, Billy Goodrich.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16 at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg with Bill Walton officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
