It's time once again to turn clocks back one hour. Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, November 2.
It's a good habit to practice. Working detectors more than double the chances of surviving a fire or carbon monoxide poisoning, but only if batteries are fresh and working properly.
