She was born in Braxton County WV, a daughter of Mrs. Mary Irene Simonds of Spencer and the late David Simonds.

Surviving in addition to her mother are a brother, Daniel Simonds and his wife Amy of Spencer; two nieces, Megan Potts and Hayli Simonds both of Spencer.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 2 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg WV, with Rev. Randy Wilson officiating. Interment will be in the Nobe Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
