Judge David W. Nibert has ordered Sammie Dale Hall to seek further psychiatric and
psychological evaluation, related to Hall being incarcerated for sexual abuse at
Central Regional Jail.
Judge Nibert issued the order on March 22, asking Charleston Psychiatric, Inc. to
conduct necessary evaluations in order to render an opinion about the defendant's
diagnosis, and to decide any necessary treatment plan for sexual abuse
counseling.
Judge Nibert continued the Jeremy Ray Collins case to June, 2002.
In a civil suit the court awarded $700 plus interest to CIC Associates, related to a rent
payment suit, which was styled Tammy Lynn Prater vs. CIC Associates of Grantsville.
