She was born at Reedy, a daughter of the late James Edward and Blanche Viola White Cottrell. She was a homemaker and had attended the Stoney Point Church at Reedy.

She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Velma Loy and Greg Dillon of Reedy; a son and daughter-in-law, Clayton and Joyce Brabham of Reedy.

A sister, Vonda Harold of Reedy, five grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Brabham; a sister, Gladys Milhoan; a brother Lewis Cottrell and a grandson, Greg Brabham.

Funeral services were held in Spencer, Rev. John Price officiating, with burial in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Roane County.
