| Jeannette Hildreth, 93, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Tuesday, February 10, 2009, at her home, after an extended illness.|
She was born May 7, 1915, at Tariff, a daughter of the late Everette and Jeannette Looney Moore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. "Willie" Hildreth; son, William Patterson Lampe; and sister, Ann Jarvis.
Mrs. Hildreth attended Ohio University, Athens, OH and graduated from Glenville State College, Glenville. She taught 40 years in the Roane County Schools. Also, she belonged to the state and county teacher's associations. She was a member of the Marietta Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
There will be no visitation. A private burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.
