TWENTY-TWO CHURCHES SPONSOR FAMILY FUN DAY

Wayne Underwood Field was used for a day of fun for county youth ... ... with lots of food, games, and entertainment Twenty-two area churches sponsored a Family Fun Day, Saturday at Wayne Underwood Field in Grantsville. Included in the fun, carnival games, group games, prizes, crafts, pony rides and a dunking booth. Music was provided by Overflow & Tabitha Donehew. The event was free. This was an ecumenical event provided by the generosity of the following churches in Calhoun County: Arnoldsburg UM, Beech UM, Beech Valley UM, Brooksville UM, Cherry Fork UM, Cornerstone Praise & Worship, Enon Baptist, First Baptist, Five Forks Community, Hoy Chapel UM, Knotts Memorial UM, Louisa Chapel UM, Minnora UM, Mt Zion UM, Nobe Chapel Baptist, Orma UM, Pleasant Hill UM, Prince of Peace Catholic, Prosperity Baptist, Strong Tower Christian, Rush Run Baptist, Word of Faith.
