More Roane residents have been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail.

Jeffery Statts, 49, was arrested by the State Police for DUI-2nd offense, possession, assault on an officer, fleeing in a vehicle, no turn signal. Bond is set at $3,925.

Gelinda Jean Skaggs, 31, was taken to Central Regional Jail yesterday for probation violation.
