Andrew Arthur, 18, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and sexual abuse by a custodian and is currently incarcerated.

State Police said the incident happened while Arthur was babysitting the girl in January.

According to a criminal complaint, Arthur admitted what he'd done to police.

If convicted, he could face 10 to 20 years in prison.

Arthur was a well-known student at Calhoun High School, but dropped-out to attend Mountaineer Challenge.
