Evelyn Lou Wilson, 75 - Brohard

Evelyn Lou Wilson, 75, of Brohard, West Virginia, passed away September 10, 2006 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg following a long illness. She was a member of Strait Creek Baptist Church at Brohard, where she served many years as the Church Clerk until her health would no longer permit.

Evelyn is survived by three brothers, Delmas (Debbie) Wilson of Brohard, Darl (Glenna) Wilson of Parkersburg, WV, Robert Wilson of Washington, WV; sister-in-law, Alverda Wilson; aunts, Opal Swisher and Genevieve Swisher; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Dallas Wilson; sister-in-law, Joyce Wilson, nephews, Rodney and Bo Wilson.

Funeral services will be at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 13. Burial will follow in the Hartley Cemetery at Brohard.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. to time of service Wednesday.
