Born in Glenville, WV, she was a daughter of the late Oliver and Dorothy Neil and was a homemaker.

Surviving are sons, Ralph Dix of Grafton, West Virginia, Lawrence Dix of Spencer and Glen Dix of Orma; one daughter, Pam Hayes of Orma; 3 sisters, Mabel Edwards of Goshen, Indiana, Virginia Neil of Ohio, and Goldie Neil of Buckhannon; and several grandchildren

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Dix.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 4 at the Orma United Methodist Church Cemetery.
