WAL-MART GIVES GRANTSVILLE $5000 FOR POOL - Congresswoman Capito Assisted In Obtaining Funds

The Town of Grantsville is $5000 "richer" today after receiving a $5000 check from the Wal-Mart Foundation. Mayor Don Harris received the check from Spencer's Wal-Mart managers and Congresswoman Shelly Moore Captio, who initiated getting help to keep the Grantsville swimming pool in operation.

Mayor Harris said the money will firstly be used to replace a broken diving board. The check presentation was held today at 2 p.m. at Spencer's Wal-Mart. Congresswoman Capito was visiting the area.
