| Katherine Pearl "Crickett" Sloan, 31, of Walton, died Thursday, November 10, 2005, at 11:15 p.m., from injuries she received when the car she was driving struck at utility pole near the O'Dell Exxon station, Amma.|
Survivors include two sons, Cruz Smith and Harlan Osborne both of the home; one daughter, Kaitlin Sloan of the home; her mother and stepfather, Alice and Dale Burdette of Mantua, OH; father and stepmother, James and Barbara Lambert of Cleveland, OH; six brothers, D.J., Cheyenne, Jay, Mac, Josh and Gary Burdette; one sister, Britney Burdette; two half brothers, David Gertz and Lewis Lambert; one half sister, Jennifer Gertz.
A memorial service was conducted Sunday, November 13 at 2 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Charles Swiney officiating. There was a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions are preferred to the charity of one's choice.
