| Thirty-two-year-old Louis Haynes of Millstone has been released from Charleston Area Medical Center after suffering a broken back.
Haynes will be staying with his father in Wirt County until he returns to the hospital in a few months for further evaluation.
Haynes was seriously injured on Pine Creek while he was working on a tree trimming project, and a large limb fell against him.
He also suffered broken ribs, and experienced a collapsed lung.
His mother, Carol Wine, said he has been improving over the past weeks.
