Dahkotah Kyler Tanner, son of Richard Lee and Diane Lynn Gandee Tanner of Spencer, West Virginia, was stillborn December 21, 2004, in CAMC - Women and Children's Hospital, Charleston. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Orval and Marie Tanner of Spencer; maternal grandmother, Wilma Gandee of Spencer; and maternal great grandmother, Grace Gandee of Elyria, Ohio.
