| Ron Lane, Inc. of Arnoldsburg is developing a Ritchie County site for commercial enterprises, according to the Appalachian Regional Commission. The ARC recently awarded a $776,000 grant to extend water and sewage to the site along US 50 at Ellenboro. The water and sewage work is under the Ellenboro-Lamberton PSD. Lane's plans for the site may include retail operations, clothing outlets, restaurants and motels. Development of the project has been delayed for nearly a year because of the lack of water and sewage. |
