Don Lanham, a shooter, is being held in guarded custody at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.

Lanham was arrested and charged with murder after a domestic incident at the home of Buck Moore on Sunday evening.

He allegedly shot Moore numerous times in the arm and then shot and killed Jon Broadwater, described as a boyfriend of Moore's daughter.

Lanham himself was shot during the affray.

Sources said a Ritchie County State Policeman heard the shots from where he was standing, near or in the local emergency center. He responded to the shooting scene within seconds.
