A four-year-old boy who was injured on a mini three-wheeler vehicle Monday evening will likely be released from Charleston General Hospital today. Lucas Metheney of Mud Fork, suffered a broken jaw bone, cheek bone and nose, according to a family spokesperson. He underwent reconstructive surgery yesterday. The accident happened about 5:30 p.m. Monday. The youth was taken to Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center and life-flighted by HealthNet to Charleston.
