CALHOUN BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING - Excerpts From Minutes

The Calhoun County Board of Education met Monday evening.

All members present, including Ralph Cunningham, Richard Fitzwater, Carlene Frederick, Donald Harris and Burl Simers. Ronald Blankenship, Secretary.

Jo Ann Dawson addressed the Board regarding a custodial position at Arnoldsburg School. Mrs. Frederick reported on the August 27, 2003 RESA V Executive Board Meeting. Mr. Cunningham reported on the August 28, 2003 CGCC Meeting. Mr. Cartwright reported on the Professional Development Partnership with Glenville State College.

The Child Nutrition Policy was approved as presented.

The Board enter into executive session at 7:33 p.m. for a Citizen's Appeal by David Corson. After one hour deliberation, the appeal was unanimously denied.
