BRAXTON MAN ARRESTED FOR STRANGULATION

A Braxton County man has been arrested Monday for strangulation. Don Kevin Radcliff, 52, is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set. Braxton authorities made two other arrests, Kendal Nicole Riffle, 21, was charged with escape, obstructing and possession of a controlled substance, and Bradley Keith Barbe, 26, was taken to Central Regional Jail on a capias warrant. A Gilmer man was charged with attempting to defeat a drug test. James Franklin Byrd, 33, is in Central Regional Jail. 47-year-old Roane man, Henry Franklin Struck was arrested and incarcerated on a capia warrant.
