REGIONAL ARRESTS

Gilmer authorities arrested Jason Wayne Starcher, 35, and charged his with entering a building other than a dwelling and possession with intent to deliver. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond at $30,000. Roane authorities charged Ryan Scott Williams, 28, with brandishing and domestic assault. They also arrested Travis Glen Conley, 21, and charged him with breaking and entering. They are in Central Regional Jail.
