CABELL GUN HOLDUP - Deputies are hoping tips from the public help them track down a man who held up a Dollar General store in Cabell County.

It happened Nov. 17 at the store along Ohio River Road in Lesage.

They say a man wearing a white mask and camouflage jacket got away with $400, and he fired a gunshot into the ceiling of the store as he was leaving.

Deputies say he then fired another shot outside when customers followed him.

Investigators say he left in a dark SUV.

ARMED HOLDUP - Clarksburg Police are currently searching for a man they said was involved in an armed robbery early Thursday morning in Harrison County.

According to police, the incident happened just after midnight at Smoketime Sam's on Milford Street in Clarksburg.

According to police, the robber wore a black and gray jacket, a flat bill hat and a bandana around his face. The robber was also reportedly armed with a black handgun and left with an undisclosed amount of cash, officers said.
