TRUCK CRASHES INTO HILLSIDE AT MILLSTONE - Man Charged DUI, Truck Lands Upside Down On Daniels Run, Responders Have Busy Sunday

Early AM Sunday crash at Millstone ends with arrest

The driver of a truck lost control of his vehicle on US 33-119 at Millstone at 4 a.m. Sunday, the truck crashed into the hillside with serious damage. The driver was not injured.

State Police charged Paul Richard Goodrich III, 27, with DUI.

EMS personnel at the Minnie Hamilton Health System at the Millstone station heard the crash and responded, with the Arnoldsburg VFD.

Truck lands on top in Daniels Run crash

A male driver lost control of his truck on Daniels Run Road after striking a rock along the highway, the vehicle landed on its top. The driver was not injured. Minnie Hamilton EMS, the Arnoldsburg VFD and the State Police responded to the incident after 4 p.m.

Another wrecked vehicle was reported on Daniels Run Sunday morning, the vehicle was discovered over the road bank with no occupants. The Arnoldsburg VFD and MHHS EMS responded.

Minnie Hamilton EMS had multiple ambulance calls Sunday, including what was described as a "code" on Crummies Creek, an elderly woman needing hospitalized from West Little Kanawha Highway and an elderly Mt. Zion man experiencing multiple problems, among others.
