She was born November 24, 1939 in Portage, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Yanov Kratzen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Lee Cullen; a sister, Virginia Ernest; and a brother, Thomas Kratzen.

She is survived by two children, Stacey Cullen and Roy Cullen, both of Spencer; three sisters, Sylvia Edwards, Wanda Berdine, and Judith Morris; and three grandchildren, Christopher, Aubrey and Roy Allen Kratzen.

Amelia's wishes were to be cremated. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements. There will be no service or visitation.
