WEATHER WARNING: ZERO TEMPS PLUS WIND CHILL - Calhoun Schools Closed Thursday, Secure Pets In Warm Spot

Temperatures through Thursday morning in Calhoun and region, 3 below zero to 9 above zero. The Hur temp at 11 p.m. Wednesday was 4 degrees. Calhoun Schools are closed Thursday because of frigid temperatures. A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 9 PM Wednesday evening to 11 am EST Thursday. Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions are not taken. Pets should be brought into a warm place. Friday nights low is predicted at 4 degrees, with cold temps contining through the weekend.
