A Fayette County man, Franklin Borders, 41, of Beckley was taken to Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, and was later declared dead following a shooting.
Police said that there was a second victim who has not been identified, not seriously wounded.
Oak Hill Police said that they are searching for two suspects with no clear motive for the crimes. |
