The complaint is styled Calhoun County Commission v. Citizens Telecommunications Company of West Virginia, dba Citizens Communications Company.

The WV Public Service Commission has given Frontier 10 days to responded to the complaint.

The company has not responded to citizens complaints, and the problem continues, related to antiquated sub-station equipment.
