HAROLD'S TRIAL PENDING FOR IMPERSONATING OFFICER AND MULTIPLE CHARGES - Fisher Facing Meth Charges

A former Chloe man, Larry Dana Harold, 45, is scheduled to appear in Calhoun Circuit Court Thursday before Judge David W. Nibert on charges filed against him related to an incident in Arnoldsburg in May, 2013.

Harold was indicted on one count of attempt to commit burglary, a felony; destruction of property, a misdemeanor; trespass, first offense, a misdemeanor and impersonation of a law enforcement officer or official, a misdemeanor, according to Calhoun prosecutor Shannon Johnson.

Harold was sentenced to prison by Clay officials related to charges filed against him in that county.

He is set to be sentenced on the Calhoun charges on April 8.

Calhoun resident John Frederick Fisher, 34, is scheduled to make a first appearance in Calhoun Circuit Court Tuesday.

Fisher was indicted on one count of operating and attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, a felony; one count of possession and purchasing precursors to manufacture methamphetamine, a felony; and one count of exposing children to the manufacture of methamphetamine, a felony.
