| FORMER POLICEMAN SHOOTS AT FED BUILDING, SHOT TO DEATH - A former Wheeling police officer fired about 20 rounds in the federal courthouse in Wheeling, from what some sources said was AK-47 assault rifle and a handgun, before being shot dead by police.
Multiple sources have identified the gunman as Thomas Picard,55, a 20-year veteran of the police department, retired 13 years.
Police said a security guard reportedly received minor injuries, those guards returning fire as Wheeling Police and the State Police arrived on scene.
A motive has not been determined.
MILTON STABBING - The Cabell County Sheriff's Office is investigating a stabbing in Milton and have charged Em Glover, 59, of Milton, with malicious wounding.
The 3:30 a.m. incident happened after an argument broke out between Glover and another man.
Police say the victim was stabbed in the abdomen.
