Genie Bailey had a party for her daughter Ariah on the tenth it was nice, out in the front yard under a big shade tree. Her cake was a beautiful island theme. Wanda's daughter Kimmy drove down from Arkon with her friend Merie for the event and the next morning Wanda went back to Ohio for visit with her son Joey for a week. She had a great time there.

Glen Siers and I visited with Blaine Postalwait in Sutton last week. We were glad to catch him at home. He's doing well and won a few trophies at the Flatwoods car show. One was first place. It was good to see him.

Also last week Glen and I visited with Buddy Watkins in Heaters, wv, near Flatwoods. Buddy is staying with his daughter Kim. He misses being here in the Chloe area but is not able to live by himself. He and his daughter live in a nice place the little village.

Blaine King helped with pulling a small maple and a box elder that sprouted up by the carport and if allowed to grow they would have ruined the blocks at the base of the structure.

Jake Settles brought me two dozen eggs. They are just beautiful.

Ben, Heather, and the girls had a great time at the Outer Banks off the coast of North Carolina. Ben's family returned home on Friday. Heather and Ben left on Sunday.

July has brought us the Full Buck Moon. Buck deer begin to grow new antlers at this time. This full moon is also known as the Thunder Moon. We've had nice thunder here in the Upper West Fork. I love it, but Bear doesn't. I've let me come in the house a few times and he goes in my room and lays down under my chair. He's beautiful.

Everyone have a wonderful week!
