CALHOUN GRAND JURY INDICTS SIX

(05/04/2011)
A Calhoun Grand Jury brought six indictments Tuesday morning in Grantsville.

- Aaron Chad Wright, 21, Smithville, altering prescription, one count.

- Shelby Michael Davis, 21, Looneville, conspiracy to commit a felony, one count; burglary, two counts.

- Jody Lynn Shock, 32, Millstone, burglary, one count; conspiracy to commit a felony, one count.

- Issac Paul Bell, 21, New Martinsville, accessory before the fact of burglary, one count; conspiracy to commit a felony, one count.

- Matthew Ryan Nicholas, 28, Grantsville, burglary, one count; grand larceny, one count.

- Margaret E. King, 30, Grantsville, fraudulent schemes, one count.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather, it means a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
