The Calhoun County Park Committee has selected March as the primary
fund raising period for the park.
All businesses, organizations, and individuals are asked to donate to assist in the upkeep and further development of the park.
Funds are needed for gas, electric, water, trash, diesel fuel, cleaning and general supplies, as well as normal maintenance.
Special projects, such as the Kitty Wilson Campground, completion of siding for the Herb Smith Community Building, renovation of the
park's ponds, and other projects will have to wait until funds are available. The Park may not even have a county employee this year.
Calhoun Park needs your help to continue to operate. Don't let your county park die. The Park is county owned, thus donations
are tax deductible.
