DUFF FACING NEW CHARGES AFTER KIDNAPPING JUVENILE

A Kanawha County man who allegedly kidnapped a 15-year-old girl in Taylor County is facing more charges from other counties. Joshua Duff, 20 is now being charged with four counts of second degree sexual assault from Ritchie County, as well as grand larceny from Kanawha County, where he allegedly stole a car. Duff is facing one count of kidnapping in Taylor County. According to police in Ritchie County, Duff did have sex with the girl he allegedly kidnapped on numerous occasions while in Ritchie County. Sara Isner, 15, is back with her parents in Taylor County, and Duff is in North Central Regional Jail. Police discovered Duff and Isner near Burnt House in Ritchie County.
