SISTER STABBING - Charleston Police say a fight between sisters sent one of them to the hospital with a stab wound to the wrist.

21-year-old Rachel Abshire was allegedly fighting over missing boots and cash with her 17-year-old sister, stabbing her.

Abshire left the house but later returned and that's when she was arrested and charged with malicious wounding.

JACKSON COUNTY DEATHS - Police are investigating what appears to be a murder-suicide in Jackson County by shooting.

When officers arrived, they found a woman and a man shot to death inside a Ripley residence.

The names of the victims have not been released.

CHARLESTON SHOOTING - Two people were injured when bullets came through the wall of their house in Charleston.

Jamie Gadson and Samantha Roberts both were injured in the shooting.

Law enforcement says the pair was hanging out with friends at a home along Glenwood Avenue around 3 a.m. when the shooting happened.

Gadson was shot in the lower back and Roberts was shot in the leg.

Charleston Police Chief Brent Webster told WSAZ-TV, "We've hit a period where we've had increased activity." Extra officers were put in the area following the recent shooting of a 14-year-old.

ARMED ROBBERY IN MORGANTOWN - The Morgantown Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at a Morgantown bar.

Around 3 a.m., Wednesday, a suspect wearing a mask walked into Buck's Place on East Brockway Avenue, pulled a handgun and demanded money from a bar employee.

There is no word on how much money the robber got away with.
