CALHOUN MIDDLE HAS GREAT WRESTLING SEASON

CMS finished 2nd as a team and crowned 5 champions, Houston McCune, Cameron Sampson, Cole Ritchie, David Overbay and Cody Starcher. Three of the five champions, McCune, Ritchie and Starcher, pinned all the way through the tournament. Ritchie and Starcher lead the season with most pins. Cole Ritchie 28 pins, Cody Starcher 20 pins, Casey Ritchie and Houston McCune 19 pins each. Chris Goad, 7th grade, 123 lbs., 7/12 W/L, 6 pins, 39 points. David Overbay, 8th grade, 145 lbs., 37/8 W/L, 17 pins, 162 points. * Cody Starcher, 8th grade, 190 lbs., 37/8 W/L, 20 pins, 171 points.
