Two families, one in Grantsville and the other at Mt. Zion, experienced
severe fires this week, and both need assistance.
Frank and Jeannie Smith lost most everything in a fire at their home on Mt.
Zion Ridge Wednesday. They have four children at home. They slept at the
Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department last night.
Their children include John, 17; Brian, 8; Brittany, 3 and Katy, 1.

Charles and Tina Metz of Hathaway Street, Grantsville, lost their mobile
home and all their belongings in a Sunday morning fire. They have two
children Kelcie, 4 and Nicholas, 1.
