- Randy Schrader was sentenced 1-5 years on a marijuana possession with intent to deliver, sentence suspended, placed on probation for three years with a number of terms and conditions.

- Jennifer Ann Meadows, 28, of Mt. Zion, who was charged with an attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, has been scheduled for a plea agreement in January.

- James Keith Hardman, 41, of Creston, related to sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, will be completing a treatment program before further action.

- Bruce Charles Edgell, 25, of Center Point, Ohio, wanton endangerment with a firearm, is scheduled for a plea agreement in February.

- David Starkey, reduced bond $2,000, placed on home confinement, related to burglary charge.
