The CHS Varsity Volleyball team traveled to Summersville Saturday, to participate in the fifteen team Nicholas County Invitational tournament held at Nicholas County High School.

In pool play Calhoun defeated South Charleston 22-20, 20-16; Nicholas County B 20-15, 20-4, Buchannon Upshur 20-6, 20-13 and was defeated by South Charleston 20-15, 20-18.

With a pool record of 6-2, Calhoun advanced to the single elimination semi-final round but was defeated by Liberty Harrison 20-12, 20-18.
