Calhoun Middle School lost to Spencer Middle School last night 34-26 at Mt. Zion.
After scoring four touchdowns and a two-point conversion, Calhoun Middle's #10 Derringer Fluharty was injured and sidelined, suffering a chest injury, possibly broken ribs.
Fluharty was taken to Minnie Hamilton by Calhoun EMS for evaluation and treatment.
