| Edward Bernard Ray, 73, of Smithville died April 19, 2001 at his residence. He was
a member of American Legion Post 5959 in Grantsville and the Calhoun County
Singers. He was a member of the Smithville Baptist Church. A former U.S. Marine,
he served in the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, three sons and a brother.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Smithville Baptist
Church with burial in the Westfall Cemetery.
