| CHARLES T. SIMERS has been charged with driving under the influence, 2nd offense, a misdemeandor, from an incident on March 4. He was arrested by Trooper Doug Starcher. The case is pending. TERRY R. SETTLE was issued a citation by the State Police on March 2 for registration violations and not having plate properly secured. |
