| DOUBLE STABBING - A man from South Charleston is under arrest, accused of stabbing two people during a drunken argument in Jefferson.
Deputies said the stabbing happened on Alabaster Drive shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies said Brian Travis Bays, 40, stabbed a man and a woman during the incident. Both are expected to be okay.
Bays is charged with malicious wounding. |
